The building is solid, of natural materials. Multi-layer external insulation is planned and glazing with thermal bridge. Each room is equipped with air-conditioner for heating and cooling. Bathrooms are luxuriously finished with all necessary accessories. Each apartment has outlets for access to Internet and telephone line, as well as control devices for measuring electricity and water consumption. The infrastructure (park, swimming pool) and the common parts shall be maintained all year round. All year round security services are planned. The construction of the building will start October 2005 and will end May 2007
