Climate
The Sunny Beach and “St.Vlas” shore faces south, and on the north side the mountain protects it from winds. The climate in the area is very close to that of the Mediterranean. The average temperatures during the summer are: 28C of the air, and 25C of the water. Sunny Beach holds the record for number of sunny days in Bulgaria – from 240 to 260 per year.
Natural Phenomenon
The complex is situated in the outskirts of a mountain and at the sea shore at the same time which makes it the perfect spot for an all-year-round holiday. The natural air current going from the mountain towards the sea, creates a natural phenomenon which has powerful healing effects on Bronchial Asthma and other lung problems. Situated just 100m away from “Relax Complex” is the Bulgarian sea sanatorium which has traditions in the treatment of respiratory and revmatological problems.
Description
Complex “Relax” will consist of four sections “A”, “B”, “C”, and “D”. Each section will have its own entrance and elevator. Section “A” will be a separate building. The two luxury buildings of the complex will be monolithic, made from bricks and concrete, and completely thermo and hydro insulated. From the outside, the first floors of the buildings will be covered with natural stone and wooden tiles. The railings of the terraces will be wooden. The complex will be built following the natural incline of the terrain, and thus will give a sea view to all the apartments. The area on which the complex will be built is 4,700 m2. The owners and guests of the complex will be able to use the facilities of the complex which include:
