The apartments in the complex are finished and fully furnished. All the apartments are rented for the whole season 2007 and they have rental guarantees.

The apartment complex is perfect for all-seasons use. Most of the apartments have two bedrooms and the 3 bedroom apartments comprise 13% of the total area of the complex. The apartments have a large living room with a kitchenette and a place for dining. They also have large terraces with sliding doors. Each apartment has an individual bathroom fitted with a tub or a shower cabin.

Complex Descritpion

The building has five floors and is separated into two blocks connected by a mutual staircase and two hydraulic elevators.

А/ The western block is on the street side. The ground floor has 4 shops, a room for the security guards and 2 apartments. Each of the remaining 4 floors has 6 apartments which can be accessed from the central area.

B/ The eastern block is only an apartment block from the ground floor up to the 5th floor.

The building is accessible from a controlled entrance. The apartments on every floor are connected by well lighted and spacious corridors.

The construction is solid – armored concrete with a scaffolding beamless construction system. The walls are made with ceramic bricks, protected from outside with the necessary heat insulation. The facades are covered with mineral water-resist plasters, wood, metal etc. The doors and windows are aluminum with a thermal bridge, which contributes to the general comfort in the building.

The complex has all the necessary communication, information and security installations; cable TV, Internet, as well as air-conditioning.

The courtyard is planted with trees and shrubs. There is a separate area which is a small parking lot.

The building plot should be entered from the street by the northern facade and the projected widening for parking in front of the entrance of the building towards the parking lot at the far end of the yard. The exit is at the other side. The one-way alleys allow some space for grassing round the small yard-terraces at the ground level of the construction site.
